LEO 360 Academy
Learning designed around the child.
Learn About Our Program
A school built with heart—and a different way of seeing learning.
I’m Michelle, founder of Leo360 Academy, a BCBA, and an Ausome mom. My work as a behavior analyst and my experience as a mom have shaped my belief that children deserve learning environments that recognize their strengths and make room for different ways of learning.
At Leo360 Academy, we bring that belief into each school day through hands-on learning, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to grow in confidence and independence. We want every student to feel welcomed, understood, and capable of making progress.
Every child has a way forward. We’re here to help them find it.
❋ A different Kind of Learning Day
At Leo360 Academy, learning goes beyond worksheets and lectures. Students explore ideas through projects, games, outdoor experiences, and meaningful practice.
Our approach is Montessori-inspired and focused on helping students build academic skills, curiosity, confidence, and independence.
❋ Our Learning Environment
We want students to feel welcomed, capable, and ready to participate. Our space includes areas for focused work, hands-on projects, movement, and quiet breaks.
At Leo360 Academy, we value curiosity, gratitude, responsibility, character, and growing independence.
❋ Learning That Meets Students Where They Are
Every child brings their own interests, strengths, and support needs. We work to make learning approachable and motivating, with opportunities for students to practice at their own pace and show what they know in different ways.
Leo360 Academy is designed for children who learn differently—and for families looking for a thoughtful, flexible learning environment.
