Biography

Dr. Franklyn Echemah is an Adjunct Professor of Business and a Systems Engineer with a government contracting company. He previously served as a Deputy Program Manager with a government contractor and as a Manager with the U.S. Census Bureau. A former Army Reserve Leadership Instructor, he now serves in a leadership role supporting Soldiers while mentoring both professionals and service members. With over 18 years of experience in project management and leadership, he brings a wealth of expertise in guiding teams, developing leaders, and driving mission success.
